Welcome to the 2008 Idaho Dressage Festival ". . . A Dressage & Equine Arts Festival"
The
Idaho Horse Park, Idaho Center, Nampa, Idaho The Idaho Dressage and Eventing Association would like to invite you to attend their 4th annual Dressage Show and Festival. Admission is free with vendors for browsing, dressage riders competing from 7:30am to 6:30pm, food available and raffles. Exhibitors' Awards Dinner held Saturday night, with entertainment. Riders from all over the Northwest will be there. Competitors of all ages riding Training Level through Grand Prix. Qualifying Competition for the 2008 NAJYRC and 2008 USEF National Dressage Championships for the Junior, Young Rider and Young Adult Brentina Cup Divisions. Also, 2008 Markel/USEF Young Horse Dressage Program and 2008 USEF National Developing Horse Dressage Championships. The only one in Idaho! Great American/USDF Regional Dressage Championship qualifying classes. This show is recognized and approved by the United States Equestrian Federation, United States Dressage Federation, Oregon Dressage Society, Utah Dressage Society and our own Idaho Dressage and Eventing Association. Our judges are Cara Whitham (O), J. Ashton Moore (S), Vicky Stashuk-Matisi (R) and David Schmutz (R). Volunteers willing to help at our show will be treated like royalty. We can't do this without all your help. Your four-hour shift will include finger food, free T-shirt or Festival poster, entry into all raffles such as: horse feed, free class fees for Festival 2009, free IDEA membership 2008, local wine or an autographed Debbie McDonald book! We were able to donate $5000 back to the Idaho Horse Park each year thanks to our generous sponsors and competitors. In 2007, we were able to donate $5000 to our own International competitor, Sara Mittleider, from Kuna. She is an eventer working for a spot on the 2008 Olympic Team!
